A Toolbox for Disaster Recovery
Debris left in the aftermath of a disaster like the Haiti earthquake litters the landscape of towns and cities, blocking roads and hindering the way forward. In the weeks after Haiti’s devastating quake, we provided high-quality tools so that survivors could participate in our “cash for work” programs, which pay workers a fair daily wage to start rehabilitating their hometowns.
