About this gift
Hunger hits children the hardest. In places like Nigeria and South Sudan, where ongoing conflict has spurred famine-like conditions, children are at extremely high risk of dying from malnutrition. In vulnerable places across these countries, the IRC is providing lifesaving medical care to help bring sick, malnourished children back from the brink. $23 can provide a malnourished child with emergency care, including antibiotics, IV fluids and glucose, as well as supplies to keep a child healthy after recovery.
