Time is of the essence for malnourished children. To survive a food crisis, like the one in Nigeria and Yemen, these children need something quick and nutritious. We give them therapeutic foods like Plumpy’nut, a vitamin-packed, protein-rich paste that requires neither preparation nor medical supervision. It’s easy to distribute, tastes good to children and — most importantly — puts them on the path to health. $68 can help us supply 50 malnourished children with three emergency food packets.
